Message from the President/CEO Layne A. Bowen:
As the President/CEO of L.A. Bowen Insurance Agency I am extremely grateful for every new client that does business with L.A. Bowen Insurance. However, just as important if not more so are the customers that currently make up our Insurance Agency. This is where I feel we differ from other Insurance Agencies and how they are managed, even though new sales (customers) are important, it is our existing client’s that get all my attention. The majority of each of my day is spent servicing the needs of our current customers. I give my personal guarantee or promise that I will personally oversee and review your policies each year as they renew. If I feel there is a better company that will provide the same coverage’s but for a better price I will have your rates checked and hopefully without you asking us to do it.
Each and every year company’s change and life changes as well, we understand that, it is our job to always make sure we have you with the best company for your current situation, making sure your current coverage’s are in line with the changes you may have had during the previous year. I have learned during these economic times that we need to be very proactive in making sure our clients have the best rates without giving up important coverage’s. I give you my promise, you will not find me on the golf course during a normal work week but in the office making sure your account is being serviced and taken care of properly. Every client in our Insurance Agency is always free to work directly with me if they would like; that’s my promise, my guarantee, I am truly available 24/7 for every customer we insure.
