We at L.A. Bowen Insurance have one simple mission statement, and its simply a number. It’s what we call 212, or “The Extra Degree”. Some companies claim to go the extra mile for their clients. Here at L.A. Bowen Insurance, we go the extra degree. As agency CEO Layne A. Bowen explains it, that extra degree makes all the difference. “At 211 degrees Fahrenheit, water is just hot water. But if you raise the temperature only one degree to 212, you get steam, which can do amazing things. It can power a locomotive or run a power plant.” It all comes down to a difference of a degree!

Going the extra degree means at time for renewal, we shop your rates again just to make sure they are not too high, without you even asking us to. It means when you have a claim, we offer after-hours and weekend service to make sure we are there for you when you need us most. It means putting hours behind the scenes to work on your policy consistently in order to prevent any problems, constantly ensure your insurance is the best fit for you, and that you get it at the right price. Every renewal is reviewed carefully, and if rates have increased we look into why and if we feel there is a better company for you, we take the time to shop your rates without even being asked to. We take a PROACTIVE approach, not waiting for the client to call us asking why their rates have increased or if we can shop their rates. We do this automatically as part of our day to day service. We also strive to offer and do a full account review yearly with every client we have, but most importantly we take this time to say thank you for your business and allowing us to be your trusted insurance agency. Owner Layne A. Bowen spends the majority of his time involved in making sure these account reviews are done on every client and every renewal, because we strive to give you that extra degree of service.
